Its taken a long time to get around to feeling ok with showing some of the work I've done over the years and  honestly, most of it has been more therapeutic than for show. After  spending 45 years in the steel business and 55+ years in the trades as well as raising 5 fledging's, I'm content with semi-retirement now. Although I still enjoy my passion for building and  creating from raw materials and also I never expected or desired to retire to a gated community with a country club and golf course. A drawing table and a small work shop and a consistent creative desire is my idea of a good end to a good life.   Who knows  what can come of the next 20 years!

  I'm sure to some of the real art aficionado's out there they will judge it within their own realm of understanding, maybe good, maybe bad. Its all the same to me, I did it for my own satisfaction.

Life can be tough and we don't all get a chance to shine in the beginning like we would hope but what else  is there in life but to keep at it until the lights are out!

We  all have our different perspectives on life, that's what makes us unique as individuals as well as interesting and-or boring to others! I could describe the process of how my art has grown and changed in itself and in me, and you might be interested for a moment then you'd probably go on to another site because it hasn't capture enough of you interest. I couldn't count how many  hours I've viewed website's and couldn't remember anything about them ten minutes later.

What life has to offer all of us is the opportunity and the ability to choose what makes us feel good. It can be almost anything from evil to angelic, simple good to crazy bad, boring to bazar! Boy, would it be boring if we all liked only one type of art!

​

I like to think that if my art makes only one person feel good then it's a good thing!! And I've added something positive to our universe and that's a good thing as well!!
